Insurance
We strongly recommend that you buy some form of cancellation insurance although not a requirement for booking. Proposal forms for two such plans are normally sent with receipts.

NOTE 1
Attention must be paid to Conditions of Let with particular emphasis on Nos 2 & 8. Pets are welcome provided No 2 is strictly adhered to. One pet is allowed free of charge but should any additional be agreed, a charge of £20 per week will be made.

Note 2
For the safety of all visitors a strict speed limit of 10mph must be observed on site.

Conditions of Let

1	The period of Let will be from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise agreed).
2	The Let will be from 3pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.
3	Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days ONLY.
4	To confirm a booking, receipt of a Deposit (25%) is required. If a booking is made
4	within 28 days of the holiday date then FULL Payment is required.
5	Final payment is required 28 days before arrival.
6	In the event of a booking being cancelled, the deposit will be forfeit. Where cancellation is within 14 to 28 days of entry, 50% of total hire cost will be forfeit, within 5 - 14 days, 75% and less than 5 days the total cost. Should an alternative booking be found, then a refund less any incurred expenses will be made.
7	The booking rates will be adjusted by any changes in the rate of V.A.T.
8	The party size agreed on booking may not be increased without permission.
9	Pets when permitted must be kept under control at all times - not allowed to roam free or soil bed linen and furnishings of the accommodation.
10	Every care must be taken of the property and all incidents of loss or damage reported immediately. In WINTER, the Drying Room must be used for wet clothing. Makeshift clothes lines and misuse of the curtain rails and other fitments are specifically forbidden and will render ALL OCCUPANTS of the bungalow liable to eviction without refund of any part of the rental paid.
11	The properties are insured against fire, etc. and the owners will in no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage to our visitors property. Visitors are advised to purchase a Holiday Insurance covering cancellation, loss and theft if not already covered by their Home Insurance Policy.

Complete the booking form and return with deposit of 25% of the total tariff charge (full payment is required within 28 days of the holiday date).
Payments by MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
All payments will be acknowledged.
