About The Little Houses

Annually inspected by the Scottish Tourist Board, our bungalows are graded Two Star and our chalets graded Three Star.

The bungalows and chalets are spaced in groups of 3, 4 and 5 units about 100 metres apart and there is sufficient parking space for two cars adjacent to the accommodation.

All units are fully insulated with heating in all rooms, double-glazed, and are intended to provide comfortable and practical accommodation for 2/8 persons.

Type "A", our smallest unit, is ideally suited for couples or a four-person family. There is a livingroom/dining room with kitchen recess, two small bedrooms and two units with bathrooms and one with shower room.

Types "B" and "C", have two larger bedrooms, livingroom and kitchenette/dining room. Type "B" has shower only and type "C" has a shower over a bath.

Type "D" chalet has four bedrooms one of which is a bunk bedroom (bunk beds 6’ x 3’), a spacious lounge/diningroom/kitchen and a bathroom with a separate shower.

Inventory
All units are equipped to a standard above the Scottish Tourist Board minimum requirements. This includes T.V., cooker, fridge, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, iron, crockery, cutlery etc. Type "D" chalet has storage heaters, fridge/freezer, washer/drier and dishwasher.

Bed linen is supplied and personal towels may be hired.
